The Hatton Cross project exemplifies the importance of well-designed community green spaces. This ongoing transformation, showcases the progress made in turning a neglected area into a thriving natural environment.
When we initially assessed the site, the planting beds were poorly maintained and littered. Through a collaborative effort with local community members and organizations such as Energy Garden, scouts, and girl guides, the space has been revitalized to support local wildlife and foster community engagement.
This project underscores the positive impact that thoughtfully designed green spaces can have, enhancing both ecological health and community well-being.
